How it works

21 days. 5 friends. 5 minutes a day.

A small, intentional way to build deeper friendships. Show up daily, take small steps together, and end the three weeks with friends — not followers.

The shape of the 21 days

You'll be placed in a cohort of five. Each week unlocks a new friendship challenge you'll work through together.

Week 1Days 1 – 7

Learn Their Story

Show up, share small wins, and start to know the other four people in your cohort. A 15-minute story conversation unlocks at the end of the week.

1
Week 2Days 8 – 14

Encourage Someone

Comment, pray, and send a meaningful text or voice note. This is the week friendships move from polite to real.

2
Week 3Days 15 – 21

Take Friendship Offline

Meet for coffee, lunch, a walk, or a video chat. End the 21 days with a clear next step — keep walking together, pair off, or join a new cohort.
